Food and drink trends have been evolving at a really rapid pace since the pandemic began, fuelled by changes in consumer behaviour and attitudes. Our Insights team have put together an update on the most important changes, highlighting the implications for operators. In the first podcast episode, we’ll be focussing on Global Cuisines, understanding which stand out the most right now, and why, as well as taking a look at how to embrace these in your menu planning and offer, so that you can hit the mark with your customers as you open and rebuild trade.
